Electrical Control System

• To make the transmisson control for the table more convenient, an inverter is used.
• System features multi-protective devices such as low-voltage protection, over-voltage
  protection...etc.

Ball Screws

• X & Y axis are equipped with ball screws and AC servo motor.

Horizonal Spindle Head CS-VBM-5VHL

• X,Y and W axis are equipped with ball screw and AC servo motor. There are three functions: Rapid, Jog & Manual Feed.
• The vertical spindle head, saddle and table are equipped with pneumatic hydraulic clamp device.
• Spindle speed is 40-1450 RPM and with 12 speed changes.
• A counter weight balance permits the head to travel smoothly and retain its accuracy and stability.
