Features

  • The column is made out of box shape high tensile strength casting reinforced with honeycombed ribbings. It offers excellent vibration dampening features and great mechanical and thermal stability.
  • The saddle and vertical head travels on hardened and precision ground box ways that offer maximum rigidity.
  • The vertical head is equipped with an ISA50 fixed spindle for heavy duty milling.
  • The automatic lubrication system lubes the table, saddle and head ways.
  • The X, Y and W-Axes are equipped with metric ball screw and AC servo motor.
  • There are three functions: Rapid, Jog, and MPG Manual feed.
  • The vertical spindle head, saddle and table are equipped with a pneumatic hydraulic clamp device.
  • The horizontal spindle speed is 40-1450 rpm and has 12 speed changes.
  • A counter weight balance permits the head to travel smoothly and to retain its accuracy stability.
