The “MC” models with live tooling function offer additional flexible machining capabilities to make more complex workpieces with one machine.

45 Degree Slant Bed One Piece Casting

  • The slant bed structure with low center of gravity offers easy access for workpiece changeovers. Improved chip removal helps prevent thermal deformation.
  • A torque tube design structure that can withstand greater stress without deforming provides maximum vibration damping.

Hydraulic Tailstock

  • Standard MT6 rotary quill. Increases rigidity for heavy loading and makes optional live centers unnecessary.
  • Upgraded ø200mm quill offers heavy loading.
  • Hydraulically driven tailstock improves machining efficiency.
