  • Double column design provides stable conditions during heavy duty cutting.
  • All major machine parts are Meehanite cast iron.
  • Enlarged saddle and rigid head structure for stability.
  • 3-axes assembled with high precision linear roller guideways. For the Y-axis movement a triple guideway system is used with two roller type linear guideways on the face of bridge and the third is located on the top to offer excellent holding of headstock.
  • All 3-axes equipped with preloaded ballscrews directly driven with servo motors for excellent feeding accuracy.
  • Efficient and stable tool changes.
  • User friendly ergonomic design.
  • Fully enclosed splash guard with wide door opening for easy access.
  • Equipped standard with Heidenhain 3-axis glass scales (closed looped).
